Hi, I’m Rhyanne
From an early age, my deep fascination with health and well-being, and its profound impact on longevity and overall quality of life, has been a driving force in my journey. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and later, a Master's in Business Administration. Subsequently, I embarked on a transformative path by enrolling in health coaching studies at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine.
This unique blend of medical, holistic, naturopathic, and business knowledge equips me to empower individuals to make informed, healthier life choices while fostering self-sustainability. I am proud to be a member of both the UK & International Health Coaching Association and the Association of Naturopathic Medicine.
My educational journey has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of holistic nutrition, health coaching, prevention of chronic illnesses, and the intricacies of behavior change.
Now, I aspire to leverage my wealth of knowledge and expertise in health coaching to educate a broader audience. My mission is not only to enhance people's lifestyles but also to elevate their happiness and enable them to lead longer, more rewarding lives and inspire others to do the same.
My Approach
I work with you to co-create wellness plans that suit your lifestyle and meet your personal health goals. This involves advising about diet, exercise and your use of personal products. I also help educate individuals about the types of food one should eat, recommend recipes, how to optimise gut health and the impact of nutrition on the body.
